The following recipes are not just suitable for
diabetics, they are great for any one who wants to eat a healthy
diet. All the recipes are suitable for vegans. My
wife does all the cooking and likes to experiment with different recipes,
she rarely sticks to a set recipe and will adapt non vegan recipes to make
them vegan.
